Tariff for 2010 Single room with private bathroom £40.00 pppn Small double room with en-suite shower room £36.00 pppn Standard double room with en-suite shower room £39.00 pppn King size room with en-suite shower room £41.00 pppn Weekends are subject to a minimum two night stay.Bank & Public Holiday Weekends are subject to a supplement of £2.50pppn for a minimum three night stay.

Reservations - can be made by telephone, fax, e-mail, post or directly online using our computerised online reservation system.
Deposit - valid credit or debit card details are required as security for a reservation. A £50 deposit is deducted from your card at the time of booking. The balance amount of your stay is payable on arrival. The following cards are accepted:
Balance of account - is payable on arrival by either cash, credit or debit card. Credit card payments are subject to 2.5% handling fee. Cheques are also accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card.
Cancellation Policy - it is recommended holiday insurance be taken out as , in the event of a cancellation 7 days or less from the arrival date, a charge for the first night stay will be applied. A cancellation less than 48 hours from the arrival date, ‘no show’ or curtailment of stay for any reason, will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.
Arrival Time - we operate a flexible arrival time policy from 1pm until 9pm. Although we cannot guarantee your room will be ready before 1pm you are welcome to check-in before this time, leave your luggage and collect your room key.
Check-out - is a leisurely 11.00am on the day of departure.
