Reservations
- can be made by telephone,
e-mail, post or directly online using our computerised
online reservation system.
Arrival
Time - we operate a flexible
arrival time policy from 1pm until 9pm. Although we cannot guarantee your room will be ready
before 1pm you are welcome to check-in before this time, leave your
luggage and collect your room key.
Check-out
- is a leisurely 11.00am on
the day of departure.
Deposit
- valid credit or debit card details are required
as
security for a reservation. A £50 deposit is deducted from your card at the
time of booking. The balance amount of your stay is payable on
departure. The following cards are accepted:

Balance of account
-
is payable on arrival by either cash, credit or debit card. Credit card
payments are subject to £2.00 fixed fee. Please note we are longer
able to accept cheques as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policy
- a confirmed reservation to stay at Dene House, whether by
telephone, e-mail or in writing, constitutes a contract in law. Please
note your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. However,
should you need to cancel your stay at Dene House, providing you give
seven or more days notice, we will offer you a transfer of dates which
must be taken within 3 months of the original date of stay (Bank and/or
Public Holiday periods and Valentine's are exempt)
Should you cancel your reservation with
more than 7 days notice, you will not be liable to pay the balance.
For cancellations with less than 7 days notice, or curtailment of stay
for any reason, you will still be liable to pay for the booking in
full, even if we have not yet received your balance. If we are able to
re-let the room before the date of your stay, you will no longer be
liable for the balance.
We recommend you take out
holiday/cancellation insurance to cover this cost, as there are no
exceptions to the above terms and conditions.
